alerta amarilla y aument\u00f3 a 13 en verde por posibles crecidas de r\u00edos, arroyos y ca\u00f1adas, as\u00ed como inundaciones repentinas o urbanas, debido a que la incidencia de un sistema de baja presi\u00f3n y una vaguada continuar\u00e1n gener\u00e1ndose aguaceros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las provincias en alerta amarilla son: Santiago Rodr\u00edguez Valverde Santiago La Vega Monte Cristi espacialmente: Mart\u00edn Garc\u00eda, Guayabito y Rinc\u00f3n, Manga, Cruce de Manga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mientras que, en alerta verde se encuentran Monse\u00f1or Nouel Dajab\u00f3n El\u00edas Pi\u00f1a San Jos\u00e9 de Ocoa Mar\u00eda Trinidad S\u00e1nchez Hermanas Mirabal Duarte Puerto Plata Monte Plata Espaillat Saman\u00e1 San Juan S\u00e1nchez Ram\u00edrez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El COE recomienda a las personas abstenerse de cruzar r\u00edos, arroyos y ca\u00f1adas que presenten alto vol\u00famenes de agua
