Liberaci\u00f3n Dominicana (PLD), en el municipio San Felipe de Puerto Plata, Jes\u00fas Cabrera, garantiz\u00f3 que su gesti\u00f3n se caracterizar\u00e1 por la planificaci\u00f3n y la transparencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cabrera destaca qu su propuesta de desarrollo local contempla una herramienta tecnol\u00f3gica de acceso a las acciones y decisiones del Ayuntamiento, denominado \u00bb Alcald\u00eda 3.0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Asimismo, el integrante del Comit\u00e9 Central del PLD agrega que la referida herramienta permitir\u00e1 a los ciudadanos denunciar ante la Alcad\u00eda distintas problem\u00e1ticas de competencia municipal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jes\u00fas Cabrera resalta que adem\u00e1s de la transparencia, su gesti\u00f3n municipal no ejecutar\u00eda ninguna iniciativa sin previa planificaci\u00f3n, tal y como se percibe en la actual
