pr\u00f3ximo al parque que recientemente inaugur\u00f3 la Alcald\u00eda de San Felipe de Puerto Plata, quit\u00e1ndole visibilidad al letrero \u201cLa Tacita de Plata\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De hecho, uno de los motoconchistas se observa sentado en la baranda que sirve de protecci\u00f3n del parque, pese a que un miembro de la Polic\u00eda Municipal est\u00e1 a pocos metros de este.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En la ciudad es com\u00fan ver c\u00f3mo a diario los motoconchistas improvisan en las calles y avenidas, empeorando el tr\u00e1nsito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ciudadanos critican la permisividad de las autoridades para evitar que los motoconchistas contin\u00faen improvisando paradas en toda la
