provincias Puerto Plata, Espaillat, Santiago y Santiago Rodr\u00edguez por posibles crecidas de r\u00edos, arroyos y ca\u00f1adas, as\u00ed como inundaciones repentinas o urbanas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mientras que, en alerta verde se encuentran las provincias Monse\u00f1or Nouel, La Vega, Dajab\u00f3n, San Pedro de Macor\u00eds, Hato Mayor, Valverde, San Cristobal y el Gran Santo Domingo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El COE explica que medida se debe a la influencia de una vaguada ubicada cerca de la parte noroeste del pa\u00eds y un sistema frontal en el extremo oriental de Cuba.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En toda la costa atl\u00e1ntica, las playas fueron clausuradas este domingo por los fuertes vientos y oleajes que afectan la
