de Coarte de Apelaci\u00f3n\npor el Consejo Superior del Ministerio P\u00fablico, inform\u00f3 este mi\u00e9rcoles la\nProcuradur\u00eda a trav\u00e9s de un comunicado de prensa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bonilla, quien cumple cuatro a\u00f1os en el\ncargo, fue promovido a procurador de corte en virtud a lo establecido en la Ley\nOrg\u00e1nica del Ministerio P\u00fablico (133-11), legislaci\u00f3n que faculta al Consejo\nSuperior para tomar esta y otras decisiones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cEn consecuencia, y en virtud de su hoja\nde vida, m\u00e9ritos y tiempo ejerciendo como representante del Ministerio P\u00fablico\ny fiscal titular, el Consejo Superior del Ministerio P\u00fablico aprueba el ascenso\ndel magistrado Osvaldo Bonilla a procurador general de la Corte de Apelaci\u00f3n\u201d, explica\nel comunicado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bonilla deber\u00e1 cumplir unos dos meses m\u00e1s\nhasta que el Consejo Superior del Ministerio P\u00fablico escoja su sustituto, quien\ndeber\u00e1 participar en un concurso de acuerdo a lo que establece la ley.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>PUERTO
