de un peque\u00f1o motel ubicado en el sector La Viara, en la parte baja de la ciudad San Felipe de Puerto Plata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se trata de Carmen Miguelina Vicioso de la Rosa, 43 a\u00f1os, quien fue estrangulada de acuerdo con el m\u00e9dico legista actuante, doctor Miguel Cuevas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El vocero de la Regional Norte de la Polic\u00eda, Rafael -Felo- Mess\u00f3n, inform\u00f3 que la v\u00edctima ingres\u00f3 al motel, ubicado en la calle 3 del referido sector, acompa\u00f1ada de un hombre no identificado, seg\u00fan versiones de los propietarios del establecimiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Miembros de la Direcci\u00f3n de Investigaciones Criminales (Dicrim) investigan el hecho para dar con el
